We went in for the induction 6/5/11 at 8:30 am and started pushing around 9:30 pm. Our sunny-side up boy needed a little help getting out, so after 2 pop-off's (of the allowed 3 before moving on to a c-section), Trey finally made his way out at 00:53, screaming before his shoulders were even out.
Trey was checked out by the team in place due to the assisted birth before coming to Mama.

Mami and Papi came over from their hotel to meet their first grandbaby.
After some cuddles, Trey was taken down to the nursery because he had to get started on his 48 hours of antibiotics (due to maternal fever during labor). He had to get an IV in his teeny-tiny veins (the nurses pronounced him amazingly strong, so this took a little while), but Daddy stayed with him while Mama slept in L&D.
Finally back with Mama and Daddy in our new room:

Katy & "big" Patrick (Names TBD), as well as Auntie Kate, arrived that afternoon:
