Patching a Blanket

So there was an "incident" with a bottle of super glue . . . I really didn't care about how it looked since I could easily hide it, but it was hard, kinda scratchy, and not coming out . . .
Once I cut the first hole (and made the patch from some scraps), I realized there was another smaller glue spot right next to it. So two holes . . .
All fixed . . . it wasn't suppose to be perfect (because I knew it never would be), so I made it kinda messy:

so the stylus to my smart phone keeps breaking, and i found a tube of superglue to put it back together....(found means it had been used at least once. So I start the process, no glue coming out. Get out a big ol safety pin, and then WHAM! the whole mess of glue comes out, onto my Nieves Lavi silk dress (which then ripped into a hole- but this is the dress I paid well over $400 for, Shirley said it looked like a bathrobe, and Wiley said it looked like I used curtains to make it), and i super glued the stylus to the desk. I grabbed a tissue to wipe up the glue and glued the tissue to the desk, as well as glued my fingers together with tissue on them as well...I am not very good with super glue.
