Sick Puppy

Last weekend, we had to take Dagny to the animal hospital because she started . . . well, having some very concerning (and gross) symptoms. It turns out she just had what is basically a very bad stomach ache, so it is probably good that she went. The vet gave her some medicine, special food for a couple days, and fluid under her skin for dehydration. That night she was so pathetic and just lay stretched out on the floor. By the next day, she was doing much better, and by the time we went in to our vet for a follow up, she was still a little dehydrated but had gained back 3 pounds and was a much happier acting puppy!
