Camping

Two weeks ago, the puppies and I went camping at Watson Mill Bridge State Park with some friends from UGA.

My Tent and the Puppies’ Kennel
The puppies protected our camp from “intruders” during the night:
From our tents, we would hear a rustle in the bushes follow by a low (and quite intimating) growl coming from the puppies’ kennel (it was Dagny, by the way), and then the rustling would stop.
Lounging in the Sun
This is Puga, the puppies' canine companion for the week
There was a river (aka stream because of the drought) down from camp that the puppies discovered within about 10 minutes of arriving at the site. We were setting up the tents as it was rapidly getting dark and suddenly heard splashing coming from down below. Dagny and Hank had found the water, and I could not keep them out of it the rest of the weekend.

Shake! Shake! Shake!

We went to play on the rocks by the Watson Mill Bridge. Lots of the fun for all!
They love the water!

I had two very very sleepy puppies after 2 long days of nonstop playing
