No judgment here

Just had the following conversation with Trey:

T: "Mama, Dada home?"

Me: "No"

T: "Mama, Dada Home."

Me: "No, Dada's at work."

T: "You talk to Dada." Me: "No."

T: "Yes, you talk to Dada. Dada home." Me:

"Oh, no, Mama was talking to herself." T:

"Ohhhhh, self?  . . . Ok."

Making Playdough

This afternoon, we made playdough using this recipe:

At this point, we were at the "adding in flour until it is no longer sticky" stage . . . 

Like all great activities, this one ended in tears after about 45 minutes, when T suddenly realized 

his hands were messy . . . yes, his hands.  

I'm not sure how the final product turned out.  

I guess I'll find out next time we try to use it, but making it was pretty fun!
